Get To Know Me

I was born and raised in the Chicagoland area (#BearDown), and moved to Saint Charles, Missouri where I attended Lindenwood University. I graduated in 2023, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with minors in Advertising and Digital Marketing.
After graduating, I stayed in the St. Louis area. It wasn’t long until I eventually found myself back at Lindenwood once again, this time pursuing my MBA. I completed my Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Leadership in May of 2026.
Most Promising Multicultural Student
American Advertising Federation (AAF), 2023
I was one of 50 students selected to be a part of the 2023 class for the American Advertising Federation’s Most Promising Multicultural Student program. This prestigious program connects the advertising industry with the nation’s top multicultural college students, offering invaluable networking and professional development opportunities.
Rookie of the Year
Lindenwood University, 2026
Recognized by Lindenwood University, I was awarded a Staff Recognition Award during my first year, reflecting my dedication to meaningful contributions and a collaborative campus environment.
“This award is given to an outstanding staff member within their first year of service with the university. This person demonstrates excellence in overall job performance, provides significant contributions to their department, shows a willingness to assist beyond normal expectations, demonstrates dedication to the university, and promotes an atmosphere of collaboration and cooperation.”

In all honesty, as of right now, I don't see my career looking like a straight path; if anything, I'm envisioning more of a Candyland vibe with all the twists and turns.
With most of my experience and skill set being in social media, I don't think I'll ever fully walk away from it. I currently handle both social media management and strategy responsibilities. Eventually, I would love an opportunity to focus more on the social media strategy side of things.
Brand marketing is also an area I'd like to explore. One of my favorite parts of social media is the connection and storytelling aspect, so I'd be interested in learning more about how I can help contribute to a brand's identity on a larger scale.

The dream? To work in the beauty industry!
If you're someone who's hiring in the Chicagoland area- YES!
While I currently reside in the Saint Louis area, my ultimate goal is to move back near home. As of right now, I am not looking to relocate anywhere else.
I am also open to remote opportunities!
Three separate moments, all the same impact- when all three of my former student workers told me that they accepted full-time positions shortly after graduating.
(Sorry, this is a long one)
In my role at Lindenwood University, one of my biggest responsibilities is managing the Social Media Ambassador Program. Through this program, I manage eight students, teaching and giving them hands-on opportunities in the social media space. 2025-2026 was the first year of this program, and my ultimate goal was to contribute to their professional development; however, I internally had a much bigger goal of helping at least one of my students secure a full-time job.
Three of my students were seniors, so I made sure that I gave them a year full of opportunities that would enhance their skill set, build their resume, and give them the confidence to enter the workforce. Even though seeing them go from a half-page resume to a jam packed portfolio was one of the most rewarding moments of MY career, they were still anxious about their own. The rejection emails, the post-application ghosting, and the state of the current job market was discouraging them in ways they didn't expect.
That is what made these three conversations even more impactful to me. All three graduated with nothing lined up, but that didn't stop them from applying and networking.
Within a couple months, I saw a LinkedIn post- full-time position accepted! She even came back to the office to tell us all about her first week.
After taking a reference call for another, she texted me that she was offered the job and is accepting.
I ran into my third student, and he told me that he accepted an offer that morning.
3/3... Full-time employees... Just four months after graduating....
I'm not here to say that this was my favorite moment of my career because I got them jobs; in reality, I had nothing to do with it. They researched, they applied, they interviewed. This is my favorite moment because I was lucky enough to be a part of their growth and their journey, and seeing how excited they all were to tell me meant the world to me.
